Why consultants work with us

When you point a client to a supplier, you lend them your judgement.

A counterparty worth your name

We own the land, create and register the habitat, and hold the obligation ourselves.

Prices in the same conversation

Send a metric and get an indicative price back quickly. Nutrient, species and SANG requests go the same way.

Every scheme tracked to discharge

See where each scheme stands, from allocation to discharge.

A fee, or a client discount

You can take an introduction fee or pass it to your client as a discount; the choice is yours.

You give the advice. We deliver the outcome.

Stays yours

The assessment, the strategy, the metric and the relationship with the authority stay with you. We don’t compete for assessment work.

Becomes ours

The land, capital, delivery, monitoring and long-term obligation, in our name, so your recommendation actually gets built.

What we supply

Most schemes carry more than one obligation, and you can source all of them from us.

Biodiversity net gain
Send the metric and we’ll come back with units and a price.
Nutrient neutrality
Phosphorus and nitrogen credits matched to the catchment.
Protected species
Receptor sites, from reptiles to European protected species.
SANG
Suitable alternative natural greenspace.
Onsite management
The management obligation on land your client keeps, for a fixed fee.

What consultants ask us

Does it cost anything to become a partner?

No. Registration is free, with no volume commitment and no exclusivity.

Our firm cannot accept referral fees. Can we still partner?

Yes. Where a firm cannot take a fee, the benefit passes to your client as a discount. You choose which applies when you register.

How accurate is the indicative price?

It uses live availability and pricing, including any multiplier, and is accurate enough to advise on budget. A firm allocation follows the planning reference and final metric.

What if you have no units where my client needs them?

We create mitigation to order. If we don’t hold the habitat where you need it, we can buy land and create it. Ask and we’ll tell you quickly whether it is feasible.

Will you go around us and deal with our client directly?

No. Introductions are recorded when you register the opportunity, and we work through you unless your client asks otherwise.

Can we use this for major or complex schemes?

Use it to raise the opportunity. Standard BNG can be priced from the metric; Habitat Regulations work and NSIPs need a conversation. See NSIPs and major infrastructure.

Who stands behind the obligation

The land
We own the land freehold, with no lease and no third-party landowner.
The covenant
A conservation covenant or planning obligation protecting each site in perpetuity, registered against the title.
Responsible Body
An independent Responsible Body or the local authority can step in if we ever fail to deliver.
The endowment
Long-term management is funded by an endowment set aside at allocation.
Financial strength
We have £56.5m of capital for land and habitat, and are rated Very Low Risk with an international credit score of A. That capital lets us buy land and create habitat before your programme needs it, and fund its management for the long term.
